What to Expect on Your First Visit to The Salt Sanctuary

Trying something new can feel a little intimidating, so we wanted to walk you through exactly what your first visit looks like at The Salt Sanctuary.

The good news? It's incredibly simple.

Step 1: Check In and Get Comfortable

When you arrive, we'll get you checked in and answer any questions you may have.

You'll also have the option to enjoy a complimentary cotton aromatherapy ribbon to enhance your relaxation experience during your session.

Step 2: Explore Optional Enhancements

Before your session begins, we'll walk you through any available enhancements you may want to add to your visit.

Current options include:

  • Red Light Therapy Wrap for the neck and shoulders

  • Cooling Gel Eye Mask

  • Salt Boost for an even more concentrated salt experience

  • Child or additional adult add-on options

Of course, these are completely optional. Many guests choose to simply enjoy their salt session as is.

Step 3: Enter the Salt Booth

When it's time for your session, we'll guide you back to the booth.

You'll remove your shoes, get comfortable, and settle in for your twelve-minute session.

The space is designed to be simple, peaceful, and relaxing.

Step 4: Relax and Breathe

Once you're comfortable, we'll start the timer and let you enjoy your session.

Many guests close their eyes, listen to music, meditate, pray, or simply take a few moments to disconnect from the demands of the day.

For children, we also offer simple activities such as Etch A Sketches and other quiet entertainment options to help keep them engaged during their visit.

Tissues are available, which is completely normal. Some guests notice their airways beginning to clear during or after a session.

Step 5: Leave Feeling Refreshed

After twelve minutes, your session is complete.

Many guests leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful they carved out a few moments for themselves.

Our goal is to create a welcoming space where taking care of yourself feels easy.

We can't wait to welcome you to The Salt Sanctuary.
